A selection of molecular desserts like Spherified Mango Caviar and Maltese Blood Orange Globe will be featured. During the summer of 2009 will be Mascarpone Cryo-lato (Vanilla Mascarpone Gelato). The best ingredients are mixed then instantly cryo-frozen for the most intense flavours.
